1. Purpose

RDG Group, through its group companies— Goel Road Carriers Private Limited (GRCPL) and Returnable Logistics Solutions Private Limited (RLSPL)— is committed to conducting its business with the highest standards of integrity, ethics, transparency, and professionalism.

This Code of Conduct & Ethics (“Code”) establishes the principles and standards that govern the conduct of all employees, directors, officers, consultants, agents, and business partners associated with RDG Group.
